Turn Around Time for Custom Orders:
My current turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 2-3 weeks. This time can vary depending on current volume.
Turn Around Time for Ready to Ship (RTS) Orders:
Ready to ship (RTS) items will be mailed out within 3 business days. If you add a decal or name to a RTS tumbler, please add 1 week to turnaround time.
Do you take Rush Orders?
Maybe, Message me first to see if possible. If possible, these orders may be completed with a 1 week turnaround time for an additional $20. Please reach out to let me know you need the item rushed so I can confirm it would be possible. (Please note, shipping time is not calculated into turnaround times.)
Refunds or Exchanges:
Due to all orders being customized, refunds or exchanges are NOT available.
If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done the same day the order was placed.
Any changes to design must be communicated ASAP. Once the design has been approved by you, the sealing process begins and no changes can be made.
Shipping:
All items are wrapped and packed with care and shipped Priority Mail via USPS. I will provide a tracking number once shipped. Please double check your shipping address has been keyed in correctly!
Local Pick Up:
Yes, local pick up is offered. I am located in Monroe, NC 28112. You may select Local-Pick Up at checkout.
Product Care:
Please follow all care instructions.

- Do not soak
- Not dishwasher safe
- Do not freeze
- Do not microwave
- Do not leave in hot cars and/or in high temperatures
- Do not drop
All items are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable, they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions are not followed. Once the item is in buyer’s possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage.
Every tumbler is a double walled, stainless steel tumbler that is vacuum sealed and made to keep your beverage hot or cold for hours. Please remember these are handmade items. It is impossible to make them identical. I will do my very best to make your item special. There may be blemishes or variations including bubbles, dimples, pin-sized rough spots or mixing of colors. I do my best to prevent these things but I am human. You may find a random speck or two of glitter in your item that wasn’t part of your order. I ask that you find beauty in the flaws. I take a lot of time and pride into making these cups for you. Special orders mean a lot to me just like they do to you. I can’t wait to make your special order! Thank you again.
